Event Details

Q: When and where is the event?
A: The Annual Auction will be held on November 9, 2024, at the Tulalip Resort & Casino, located at 10200 Quil Ceda Blvd, Tulalip, WA 98271.

Q: What time does the event start?
A: The event begins at 6:00 PM with the silent auction and reception, followed by dinner and the live auction starting around 7:15.

Ticket Information

Q: How can I purchase tickets for the event?

A: Tickets can be purchased online through the Snohomish Education Foundation auction website at:

Q: What is the cost of the tickets?
A: General ticket prices are $150.

Q: Is there a deadline to purchase tickets?

A: Yes, tickets should be purchased by October 25, 2024 to ensure availability and proper accommodations.

Q: I'd like to purchase my tickets with a check or cash. Can I do that? 

A: Yes, you may call the office to purchase using a different method, however, you will still need to register a credit card for the night of the event and for the online auction. By registering ahead of time, you will save time the evening of the auction. 

Auction Details

Q: What types of items will be available in the auction?
A: The auction will feature a wide variety of items, including exclusive experiences, travel packages, gourmet dining, unique gifts, sports memorabilia and more.

Q: How can I view the auction items before the event?
A: A preview of the Live and online auction items will be available on our website before the event. Attendees will also receive a catalog at the event.

Q: Can I bid on items if I am unable to attend the event?

A: You can participate in the online auction if you are unable to attend our event in-person on November 9th.

Event Logistics

Q: What is the dress code for the event?
A: The dress is cocktail attire. We encourage guests to dress up and enjoy the elegant evening.

Q: Is parking available at the venue?
A: Yes, the Tulalip Resort & Casino offers ample free parking for all attendees. You can park in the lot over by the hotel side of the resort (but any parking is fine).

Q: Are there accommodations available at the Tulalip Resort & Casino?
A: Yes, guests can book rooms at the Tulalip Resort & Casino. Please mention the Snohomish Education Foundation Auction for a special rate. To secure the discounted rate, rooms must be reserved by October 10, 2024. 

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions or other special needs?

A: Please indicate your special needs or dietary restrictions as you complete the registration form under special accomadations. We will do our best to accommodate.

Q: How can I donate an item for the auction?
A: To donate an item, please fill out the donation form on our website or contact our office directly. We appreciate your generous contributions.

Q: How can my business become a sponsor for the event?

Q: What is the purpose of the Annual Auction?
A: The Annual Auction is the biggest fundraising event of the year for the Snohomish Education Foundation, supporting teachers and innovative classroom projects, scholarships, and educational programs within the Snohomish School District.
